Power Issue,s

Question

Do not know what happened but in my bathroom both lights (shower & sink) and the vent fan have stopped working. All three light bulbs were burned out and black. I have check the power and I am getting 12volts. But new light bulb will not work. Even switched out light fixture with a working one, still does not work. Fan is same way, power is there but fan does not work(couple mouth old vent fan). The only place this is a problem is the bathroom? All other lights fine.

Also have gone back to switch's, get same reading.
Fuse are good.
Battery good.
Also ask mfg. for wiring drawing.

Did some more checking, the grounds are good. Now working, I check the wiring at the DP and found all the main wiring connections a little loss.

Might need to put on every two year Maintenance list to check on.

After 10 years of heating up and cooling down I guess they must of work loss.
