Well now i am confused as always. Here is my situation. I drycamp 4/5 times a year. I just replaced my wfco with a powermax 55a 4 stage main board. I plug in 2 days prior to leaving to cool the fridge. Run the gen an hr or so in the morning & evening. When returning I plug in for 1 day then unplug and turn off the disconnect. I have a small 15w 7a solar if needed. But usually they stay up. I have 2 GC2's. Any thoughts from the pro's??
As long as the battery is not left in a discharged state during storage I would say you are good to go, no worries.
15w 7a must be 0.7 amp and can be left on continuous.
Solar controller says 7a not 0.7. Also I have noticed my V is lower in the morning than the evening. Could the panel draw from the batt @ night? Or is it just losing the surface charge? It's usually about 1.2v loss.
Also upon returning home I plug it in till they are charged then shut everything down until I prepare for the next trip.
