They are puzzled because with all breakers off including the master breaker , they is still power going thru the wires of the compressor
A/c is almost new (2015),the wire which burned in the compressor box relay , as I have seen them opening the box .
The fan runs , but the compressor does not start because of the burned wire ..After being getting jolted by the power while touching the wires after all breakers were off , we had to disconnect the shore power from the trailer ...
They say it should be another box somewhere in the trailer where wires meet before to reach the breakers box ..
You might know where I could get the electrical diagram for this trailer , Dutchmen has not been very helpful so far ..
Thermostat was changed in March 2016
Converter was changed in March 2016
They have tested if power comes to the breakers after everything is off , and it does ...
They also told me that the compressor was damaged because of that burned wire.., it draws 16 amp at start , they told me the compressor is in way out , but it just turned 2 years .
I have this repair company maintaining that trailer for the last 10 years , every 6 months they come and check everything , they are the one who installed new a/c , converter and thermostat .
That trailer was never on the road , it came from the dealer directly on my lot ...
I am not mechanically inclined , so I am at their mercy ..
