power surge on a/c compressor wire with all fuses off
I have a 2007 Dutchmen Northshore travel trailer 31 FG DSL
I have the a/c (2015 Dometic heat pump )compressor wire burned out , when technician shut off all fuses in the fuse box , he still have a power surge at the wire
Last year , converter and A/C thermostat was replaced because of failure
Technician is puzzled
Please help
