PPL Motorhome Parts - Good Response

I ordered a vacuum breaker for my Dometic/Sealand toilet from PPL. It came in the correct part number package but the wrong part was enclosed. i got the one for the toilet with the wand.

I called them and within three days the correct one arrived.

Good response, but when you get the wrong part in the right package up front, I don't know. :h Bottom line is that they mad it right on a timely basis.
  • Put me in the yes column for being happy with their parts service center. Recently bought a surge protector from them, got here early, well packaged, and an e-mail later asking me if I was happy. What more could you ask for.
  • PPL and RV Upgrades are both top notch when ordering parts. Also had good service from Adventure RV and Tweetys. These are the 4 that I check for RV supplies.

  • Biscuit, Nope the first one for a wand was wide open for the wand hook up.

The second one did not even have a stub. Just like the original.
  • Always more than satisfied with their online shopping. Also, when calling for tech support they have always been helpful. Their prices are very competitive and many times they beat all others.
  • Did you look at the vacuum breaker closely and compare it to yours.

Most models that have a 'wand' use the SAME vacuum breaker.
The 'stub' that thee wand goes on is plugged on non-wand and just has to be opened by cutting end off

PPL does a good job and has some of the best pricing
  • If the part was ordered online, it was shipped from a Stag-Parkway warehouse, not directly from PPL.
  • Unless PPL repackaged the vacuum break, the problem could have occurred with any RV parts dealer.

Agree PPL runs a quality organization.
  • We have always had good luck with them! And said luck because it is sometimes a roll of the dice with these companies. For years good service and then that one particular order goes south.
