Praises for Randy at bestconverter.com
The past week or so, I noticed that my 4 year-old Paralaxx 7155 converter wasn't charging the way it had/should. I e-mailed Randy at bestconverter.com late last night (Sunday), mainly because he had been mentioned on RVNet. When I woke up this morning, he had already responded, confirming my belief that my converter has bitten the dust. He recommended the PD 4655 upgrade, as well as a surge protector for use with my generator to help protect from future damage.
I ordered the products this morning and asked if there was any way to get them in my hands by Thursday. Randy wrote back immediately, saying that I should have them by Wednesday or Thursday.
It's not often that you see such good customer service. His prices for the upgrade were also lower than others I looked at. His concern and willingness to help were outstanding and I highly recommend him.
