pro guard liquid roof coating 10 years
I just put ProGuard liquid roof on my 5th wheel roof. They give you a 10 year warranty. Has anybody's roof lastested 10 years with this product?

- If it's like shingles, the warranty ends as soon as you open the package! I used Henry SF287 on my last 5er. 5 yrs in Az. and it was still like I just put it on. Craig
- I've never used it. What does the 10 year warranty cover?
- Wouldn’t trust it. Frequent inspection is the key. What are the details of the guarantee?
