Could it be the 300 amp fuse?
I don't have any idea where that panel is in the upper left. They're fuses, right?
That panel in the upper left is your problem- it is a series of 12 volt circuit breakers, and one is tripped. Trace the cable past the 300 amp fuse (150), and you will find what looks like a buss bar- the breakers have small studs that will pop out on one end- push that back in, and you will be back in business.
If it's not that, then it is the 12 volt kill switch.
