The schematic says you have one 30 amp circuit breaker for the jacks. You have another 40 amp circuit breaker that feeds your fused distribution panel. The refrigerator and breakaway system is powered off the hot side of that same terminal strip with the circuit breakers. The fridge is fused and the breakaway system is not.
Well it seems we have it narrowed down. I don't know much about this stuff but that's the area I was zeroing in on as well. The confirmation gives me hope. I will get back in there today. I looked for any kind of connections (like the buss board someone mentioned) yesterday and didn't see anything like that but I'll look more carefully today. Follow everything out of that panel in the upper left of the schematic. And take some pics as well.
