I'll add that for troubleshooting 12 volt power problems like this, a 12 volt test light is far better than a meter, and easier to use. Just clip the wire to a good ground, and probe away.
Thanks for the response. I don't know where the kill switch is. There's nothing on the main panel where the fuse panel is that looks like that and nothing that I can see in the wiring between the panel I've been testing and the fuse panel. But the schematic does show it's there -- I googled it. Don't see anything like that in there. Maybe it's directly behind the fuse panel? Should I pull that?
I was using a fuse checker on these and everyone told me to use a multi-meter instead. They all light up with the fuse checker, like my fuses in the fuse panel used to, before this happened. Now none of them do.
