[Problem Solved] A/C and ceiling fans not working....

Checked the switches, nothing thrown. Turned it off and back on (on 50 amp) at the post. TV and lights working, outlets working. But none of the fuses in the panel are lighting up. Only thing ...

If there is voltage being supplied to the breakers, an open breaker will have the supply voltage measured across it, and a closed breaker will measure nearly zero volts - depends on load current and contact resistance.
