[Problem Solved] A/C and ceiling fans not working....

Checked the switches, nothing thrown. Turned it off and back on (on 50 amp) at the post. TV and lights working, outlets working. But none of the fuses in the panel are lighting up. Only thing ...

So don't touch the bolts sticking out (terminals?) touch between them, on the black area? with the red probe and ground with the other?
