No, your AC side is not working, but your DC is.
Since you are not familiar with measuring voltage, you should find some help to troubleshoot the AC side.
Your schematic shows a main AC panel and a sub panel. The main panel supplies voltage to some of your AC loads and the sub panel. You need to have someone check these voltages for you at these panels.
AC voltage is much more dangerous than 12 VDC, so tread lightly...
