problem w/ slide
I can't get the slide in. The Motor works but it knocks loudly. From what I can tell,the gear in the box that the hand crank goes to is slipping. It also won't crank manually..How hard is it to remove...

If anyone has an idea,i would be indebted.The slide leaks like a sieve along the inside edge and I cant get to it to seal it except from the inside.
