Problem with Dometic RM1350 refridgerator

Yesterday I got an error code E0 on the eyebrow which is a communication error. What I can't figure out is how to get the eyebrow off the fridge so I can check the connections.

Upon testing some connections on the back of the fridge I found some strange things ( well strange to me ). Where the 12v connects it was only 6v. I disconnected then tested again using the same ground and it is 12v. After further testing I found if I disconnect the eyebrow board from the main circuit board everything returns to 12v. So I am thinking ( and could be very wrong ) that the problem is either in one of the two boards or the wiring harness between the two. The other thing is the interior light will not come on but the bulb test good.

If anyone has any ideas on how to remove the eyebrow or what the problem may be please let me know. I am open to suggestions at this point.

Thanks
Alan

UPDATE: I got the eyebrow off the fridge. If anyone else has this problem, I removed 2 screws near the hinges and then there are 2 holes a little bigger than a pencil that have 2 screws up in them. After that there are 5 clips across the top that clip into a ridge that have to be lifted. It felt like I was going to break the thing right before it came loose. Now working to get the board out... If I unplug the eyebrow board the voltage at the main board stays at 12v.

Update: I have this problem fixed. Replaced both boards and ran a new 12v straight to the fuse panel, added a new 15 amp fuse. Added a new switch to control the fans and the fridge works better than it ever has.
