I ordered a Progressive Dynamics parts catalog.
I did some further testing by jumpering the white fuse with an automotive 10 amp spade fuse.
The second I connected the jumper wires to the 10 amp fuse there was a spark and the 10 amp spade fuse blew.
I used 10 amp fuse as the PD9280 is rated 105-130 VAC 1300 watts which is approx. 10 amps.
I haven't yet tried jumpering using a 15 amp spade fuse. Possily the white fuse is a slow blow of which if replaced with fast acting fuse would likely blow.
What I really require is an electrical diagram for the PCB, however I doubt Progressive Dynamics makes any of the electrical schematics available other than for their own electric engineers.
