Ok I cut the fuse out with some nippers.
The ends of the fuse appear to have additional end caps over the metal ends.
I can make out it's a 20 amp 250V fuse.
Other markings are obscured by the end caps I can make out what appears to be "ABE"
Below that there's a "CQ"
Then end caps show CONO or CONQ Fuse which must be the manufacture.
Searching 20A ABE fuse turned up a fast acting fuse.
So as far as I can tell it's a ceramic 20 Amp ABE fast acting fuse.
However I don't know if I want to try testing with an automotive spade fuse as there can be significant differences between fuse types and their ratings.
I found this pdf file that shows different sizes of ABE fuses with some specifications.

and another 20 amp ABE fuse

It appears fuse length is 1.25 inch or 32 mm, the one installed has metal caps with pigtails making it 33-34mm total length.
UPDATE:
This fuse 20 Amp .25 x 1.25 inch 250V with pigtails (through hole mounting) are sort of diffcult to find. Without the pigtails it's more common and easier to find.
I found six through hole ABC fuses on Digi-Key that meet the same criteria as the ABE which appear to be the same fuse.

I'm uncertain if there's actually any differences between them other than their part numbers.
