Disconnect all of the wires and then between any 2 adjacent pins you should get near zero ohms with the leads one direction and infinity with them the other way.
I don't think my Fluke 75 has diode mode, via ohms setting, adjacent pins on rectifier I'm getting .0L in one direction and .463 the other.
