- Ron3rdExplorer IIINot the same as your issue, but my Honda genny would set of the propane alarm occasionally if running near the door and exhaust was pointed that way.
And yes, the dogs will set the alarms off, happened to a friend of ours. - jplante4Explorer IISure, blame it on the dog...

Do you have a dog? I have heard of dogs setting off the propane detector when passing gas. MEXICOWANDERER wrote:
