Propane install

hey guys! first off thanks to anyone who ha helped my rebuild so far, will be uploading pics soon, and videos not as soon. anyway, I went to do the floor today and got interrupted by rain of course, so I cleaned up and looked at what else still needed to be done.

I have a 30 pound, 40 year old ASME propane tank that I immediately removed and will be scrapping. so, I ordered this bad boy for the rebuild.

I'm not sure what else I need with it, I have an Atwood hot water heater(new), a gas range(have an old one, haven't looked to see if I need new yet but it looks okay), and my wave 8 furnace. I've read the bigger the tank generally peaking, the more output pressure and the more things you can have running at once.

really I don't need all 3 running at once, at the max I need the furnace always dedicated for the winter(moving into this thing in like 2 months ha), and I need to be able to run either one of the other things at the same time. id love to not have to turn any switches or levers too turn one hose off, and another on, just to take my daily shower. how can I *safely* achieve this? thank you so so much you guys and gals are amazing!
