Proper Balance of wiring 3 12V batteries

I have read a lot here on the importance on wiring additional batteries properly (thx pianotuna). I'm looking to wire 3 12V T1275 in parallel, and looking for how other's have physically connected 3 or 4 batteries in parallel. Using heavy gauge wiring, what different techniques have people used. I was starting to think about using a Blue Sea Switch, but that works well on 2 batteries, gets complicating with 3+

I did have 2 T105 6V's so the wiring method wasn't as critical.
