If you have a small engine or genny that absolutely has to start and run when needed you can store it with synthetic alkylate fuel - long shelf life - it will start - then use pump gasohol (it's not gasoline if it has ethanol in it - see the MSDS'sz) - then drain and shut the unit down with alkylate fuel in the system again...
