To make Alkylate into a finished product add 20PPM of MDA (metal deactivator) and for the Chevron dispenser dosage of Techron 1 ounce per 16 gallons of alkylate.
Because alkylate is derived solely from treating 1,2-isobutane with H2SO4 then titrated with caustic soda it is more more resistant to reaction with O2 and sulfur than pump gasoline. When Purple People Eater aviation fuel was around, it contained 30+% alkylate. And around 7.4 grams per gallon TEL tetra-ethyl-lead. Purple dyed av fuel was 115/145 octane rated. Lean/Rich ratings.
Mexico imports all of its aviation fuel from the USA and Japan. To purchase fuel, they demand the aircraft, the pilot and a manifest at the pump.
