He would do well with an organized tool kit like the blow-molded case Crescent wrench and socket set. Once glance would determine if a tool was missing.
A Crescent Wrench is top quality - but how about sockets and wrenches?

With global economy that changed quite a bit.
When best cooks can still be French, the German automobiles in Germany are build by Turkish, Ukrainians and Polish.
The best marble craftsmen in Italy are Polish.
I heard the best lovers are Argentinians, but let's stop it right there.
Working in steel industry years ago, Crescent was tool for yard boys.
I was using Proto most of the time.
Still have couple of Proto-brand "crescent" wrenches.
12" wrench can take 3 foot pipe extension and will not bend with leg push.
Williams would be 2nd choice.
Craftsman was good 30 years ago when manufactured in USA.
When I still have Craftsmen screwdrivers, I carry 5 of them as driving to Sears to replace single one each time it breaks gets annoying.
Their wrenches are simply too thick for lot of automobile applications
Still have Craftsmen-brand 16" "crescent" wrench that I use mostly for plumbing.
