I think MexicoWanderer knows exactly what he wants, and what he is looking for. A PD 92XX isn't what he's looking for, not when he's on fixed income, and looking for great value... He wants a manual charger, he's smarter on battery charging than any smart charger.
Though, as a rookie guess, I'd think Mex wants something with 16 volt capability, not only up to 15V?
