Now to find aggressive 120 vac muffin fans with ball bearings, tiny to fit atop the unit to suck air through that supply at high velocity. The unit has a fan. I want a freakin' hurricane.
I unfortunately first thought I saw 12vdc 120mm fans, and I know a few that can be regarded as cat6 hurricanes, but sadly cannot find any 120Vac fans that will suck themselves across a table.
While this 115vac 120mm fan is rated at 106 CFM:

This 12VDC 120mm fan is rated at 252 CFM.

Tremendous tech has gone into computer muffin fans. The dual ball bearing is certainly superior than a sleeve bearing, but the fluid dynamic bearing or variations of that are dang fine.
If interested in the leading edge of muffin fans technology, Noctua is most impressive and offers a 6 year warranty.

I have one of their 120mm fans cooling my fridge condenser and one 60mm fan cooling my Schumacher for large reductions in noise and on the fridge, increase in performance.
One thing to note about the fans is that most have 3 or 4 Hotspots of airflow that exit the fan at a 30 degree angle off to the sides. Others use vanes in front of the fans to direct a solid column of air, easily aimed at an object for maximum effect.
This is one of my favorite fans:
Vantec Tornado 80mm
I put a voltage controller on it to act as a speed control. Spins nearly silently at 3 volts. Dang loud at 12v+, and will pull itself across a table. Pushes a narrow column of air across my van. I think its CFM rating is understated.
They make a 92mm version too that does not seem as well balanced as my 80mm and does not seem to really move much more air.
Perhaps you can take advantage of the greater options available with DC fans by feeding the fans from the output side of your charger.
