Radio/ CD - no power

Our Kenwood radio in our 2009 Arctic Fox 5th wheel does not turn on. We pulled out the radio and changed the fuse. We also changed the fuse in the fuse box. Still no power. We are hooked up to shore power and everything else works except the radio.

Any ideas on what else it could be?
