Hi,
I'm all in favor of increasing the battery capacity.
It would be easy to add a continuous duty solenoid to act as an isolation device. I added a switch so I have manual control over the solenoid in the RV.
I'd jump right to the solar and not bother with the generator(s) unless the air conditioner needs to be run.
A properly sized inverter would work well to provide all the 120 volt power needed (except for the air conditioner).
