Ran into the same problem on Panasonic TV's. ONLY a Panasonic Soundbar would work with Panasonic LCD TV's. Vizio/RCA soundbars would not work on Panasonic. Did not even get a buzz, just no sound until the customer brought me a Panasonic soundbar. Doug
