J-d, I removed the catalytic converter and still had the same problem so I don't think it is a plugged exhaust issue. The ECU is not throwing a code, I do have a OBD1 scanner and it shows nothing unfortunately.
Allbrandauto, is there a fuel pressure gauge that I can use while driving? Because I have good fuel pressure at Idle but this problem only happens under load if I put the car in neutral and rev the engine it revs up to high rpm just fine, soon as I put it in drive it starts to bog again.
