Update: called the manufacturer of the transfer switch. They told us "these transfer switches will trip a GFI". So now we have to trickle charge our house/chassis batteries. Our mechanic said "you are rookie RV'ers? Your first year is gonna suck!" We are learning the hard way for sure...thank you for all your suggestions. I am learning a lot from this forum. The first thing I am learning is CW service dept tells you want you want to hear and they still don't fix the problem. Horrible tech support, communication, and experience! Very disappointed.
