Jensen radio (head unit) no power

Thanks all for the help. I tried all suggested here and nothing. I have a 1pm appointment with the local RV Service Center. They were able to get me in today after I just called yesterday (amazing). I will let everyone know what they find so it may help someone else in the future. Thanks for all your replies.
