That is correct, the A/C system appears that there is nothing major wrong with it. The Transfer Switch / Converter are located near the breaker, and the box that hums seems to have nothing to do with the air conditioner unit, although it is only powered when the A/C Breaker is on. I'll figure out what this box is this weekend, but it has me stumped as well.
