Rich, good thing that I was not counting on the controller for the long run. It sells for about $8 or $9 on eBay which kinda speaks to the quality. I do have the second one that has a volt meter in it. I think I will just swap out the little one. It is also my plan to put panels on the roof and will need a good controller at that time anyway. Thanks for the heads up.
