Not sure if this video will help but it might be worth a try to get motors back in sync.
The video doesn't address one side of the slide not moving at all.
I noticed when I was out looking at the slide (in disgust) the other day, that my RV isn't level (it's in storage). It is tipped toward the rear quite a bit. Next warm day, I'm going to kneel down the front end and hopefully that will unload the rear of the slide where it's jammed. Will let you know when I try it.
