Yes. In fact, I have virtually the same meter and shunt, although my meter only reads up to 30V and is able to use the voltage + line for its power, so mine has only 3 wires. Regardless, the amps function is the same.
Here's my thread
Ignoring the red and black power supply wires for the moment... Put the shunt inline in the negative charge line from the controller. Attach the yellow wire on the shunt measuring screw that is closest to the battery, and the black wire on the other measuring screw. Your red line measures voltage.
Being under 30V, you could attach both reds to the same place (positive V), and both blacks to the same place (negative, on the shunt).
