Rear stabilizer motor replacement
It looks like the motor has died on my rear stabilizers. I put 12V directly on the leads and it didn't move. It was running slowly for a while. I really don't want to spend over $300 for a new moto...

I'm not sure what you mean about heat build up. When you push the switch 12V gets put onto the motor - I was just doing it without the switch.
Yes, gunge. I lubricate drive shaft regularly but we just drove 1500 miles to get here to Florida. It was raining yesterday but we've been through heavy salt and snow in the last week. Could be related.
