If you are going to use at night with approaching lights coming at the rear of your unit be sure to mount it as high as you can get it on the rear and have it point down... Otherwise it will flare up from the approaching lights and you won't be able to see anything.

years past the WIRELESS type had problems with keeping a good signal with the real long trailers... Also some things would interfere with the weaker signal... Don't know if all of that has gotten better these days or not...
With the motorhomes it probably isn't a big deal being wired since you can run video cables easy without having to connect them if you had the pulled trailers...
