I don't have your model but I was experiencing the same problem. I even replaced the resin beads. The mfg provided additional information that was not in the original recharge instructions. The resin beads are much smaller than I expected, like a course sand and tend to get compacted, not allowing full contact with the salt solution. Their suggestion was that during the regeneration process, the cylinder be tapped, rolled, or shaken occasionally to allow full exposure of the beads to the solution. A longer soak time was also mentioned. It has helped.
