Found this older bar. What is it rated for on tongue weight? 1" square spring bar Strait-line 550# Frame 450# Axle 600# Confused on what these mean?

From what you listed, it is not the normal post year 2000 ratings of the actual WD bar.
By seeing the parts, may be able to back into what basic age range and that may help lead to the rating.
