Refer door ventilation

My used RV didn't come with the hold door open plastic thingy so I made mine.
Three wall anchors, three lock nuts, plastic cap to cover end threads and a rather strong magnet from a "Shake'em Flashlight.
ALSO-----does the atwood water heater require a anode screwed into the drain port? Mine doesn't have one but I have a left over spare from another RV.

Picture 3 shows the DIY adapter I made for blowing out water lines.

  • I am pretty sure the Atwood water heaters do not use an anode rod. Mine has an electric heating rod that goes through the drain hole.

Shoot, I just drape a dry dishcloth so the doors can't close. Very low tech, but works a champ.

I don't want them flying around while I'm driving.
