The ac will come on but when the thermostat reaches it's desired temp and shuts off....it can't come back on with out 12V.
So if it never reaches it's set temp it will keep running and then you think I don't have a 12v problem cause the ac works!! Sent me in circles. Was bad converter for me. Not putting out enough V was not it's problem, it was putting out SO much uncontrollably it was french frying the battery!!
To the OP: No fridge, no ac, battery will not hold charge.....check the output of the converter.
