By explaining that both the AC and Fridge need 12V along with shore power and then telling the OP that if the AC is not working along with his fridge is HELPING him track down a problem. He may not have even had the AC on to tell if it was working or not.
Fridge, AND AC not working on shore power coupled with drained batteries - testing the converter is the best place to start.
