Your converter only supplies DC power charges batters
If you have a separate inverter, it usually powers dedicated outlets
Not everything in the RV
And it does not do boost help to shore power, unless it is one of high dollar magnum or Victron designs
And if that was the case the Mfg would have installed large cable between the inverter and batteries
And there would likely be a control panel near the kitchen for controlling the inverter settings
