That’s a heck of a good price for its capacity. I wish those had been available when I was looking for a DC-DC charger. I ended up buying a Redarc 25 amp for about $375. A 40 amp was about $450.
I do like it though. Mines installed permanently in the TC, and I’m able to run the fridge in DC mode while driving now, and still arrive at camp with a fully charged camper battery. One nice byproduct of the DC-DC charger is the DC mode on the fridge now works better because the voltage to the heating element is maintained at a higher level.
