Repeat Cummins 5.9 electric lift pump failures

Hi our shops team has been tasked with troubleshooting a unit with repeat lift pumps failures. It’s on its fourth lift pump and all have have failed in less than a hour of run time. The chassis is a 1...

Read up on FASS or Airdog. Put in better fuel module or make your own mod to accommodate 1/2 bulk head fitting with 1/2 Fuel line and low pressure led light. Common problem, one of their biggest problems.
Lift pump goes out then the $$$ VP44 goes out because lack of lube from fuel.
