Repeat Cummins 5.9 electric lift pump failures

What is the voltage with the engine running, set your meter to ac voltage, see if you have ac Ripple on the lift pump feed

Try disconnecting the RV house INVERTER that makes 120v
A continuous duty 12dc motor burning out
Seems like some ac voltage leakage into the DC system
