Repeat Cummins 5.9 electric lift pump failures

Hi our shops team has been tasked with troubleshooting a unit with repeat lift pumps failures. It’s on its fourth lift pump and all have have failed in less than a hour of run time. The chassis is a 1...

Assume you will use a fuse at the battery and a relay with an "ignition hot" to close the relay.
