Replace Schwintek slide roller?
Does anybody know if it's possible to get the shaft out then slide in a replacement roller?

Yep - weatherstrip.
I went out with a flashlight and glasses and DW moved the slide a couple of inches. The other three rollers rolled and this one didn't - the slide slid.
I was able to remove the weatherstrip (what to replace it with?) and the roller rolled fine.
Now I have to repair the damage it did to the 'wood' base of the slide.
