Replacing awning fabric

Just helped a friend replace the awning fabric on his electric awning. Took us about 3 hours but things went relatively well with a minor spring issue. It was my first time doing it and I learned it is not rocket science. Anyone who needs to do this don't be afraid to tackle it yourself but you do need 2 people to do it.
